Adjustments

Does anyone know how to adjust the width of the main comment section? I'd like to make it about 1 and 1/2 times as big, but I do not see any way to adjust it in the code. I prolly just don't know what to look for.

For those of you still using Internet Explorer ( That's the icon on your desktop the reads 'e' and allows you to browse the web ) thry using Firefox, which is really a stripped down and remodeled version of Netscape. I can tell you just use it for one day and you'll be hooked. It's MUCH Faster the IE, has an OUTSTANDING pop-up stopper, more options and is easier to use. You can get it at:

Pop-Ups!

Does anyone know of a great FREE pop-up stopper? ... I have 3 going on my pc AND Ad-Wear, and I still get pop-ups coming through. These things are a pain to say the least. I don't look at the ads and all they do is slow down my PC and drive me bonkers. On a simuliar note does anyone know what are the min applications that the pc is req'd to keep open? When I goto 'task manager - processes' I hae a long list and open apps and I thought that maybe shutting some of those down will be helpful to my pc's preformance.

Any suggestions ? ~

Changes ...

Ever since Veronique has came into my life I have found myself perpetually confused with the female thought process …

Will all the women out there (and some of the men) please explain to me a few things: ..

I used to live in the a-typical bachelor pad. Everything had a function and was efficient. Now I find myself in my “mothers” bathroom with towels that are meant only to be looked at, and 6 pillows on my bed that I’m not supposed to sleep on. ?? .. Now don’t get me wrong Veronique is a wonderful woman, she just doesn’t make sense … Let’s just compare the bathroom. Firstly she has ...

3 different shampoo’s,
4 conditioners,
a clarifying lotion ( whatever that is …. )
2 body washes,
and a bar of soap ….
on top of all that .. she wears a cap in the shower!! ?? Now that totally doesn’t make any sense.

Comparied to me Me,... I have:..

Old Spice body wash,
and Shampoo.

She changed my shower curtain from a simple, functional curtain that keeps the water in the tub to having TWO curtains that a person can see through, towels that I can’t use and a floor that I can’t get wet? Although I must admit that the bathroom does look much better. ON top of that I’ve had to give up Monday Night Football for movies on the Lifetime channel (Gag) .. so now I guess I’ll just have to head down to the nudie bar to watch the football games /snicker .. 8p

Has anyone else gone through a similar experience?

Ramblings of an Ideoit ~

Well sinse this is my first post I thought I lend my thoughts on a few things. First, eventough I do not like to get to involved in politicis I find the current status quo of what "Americians" find to be the most important deciding factor to elect a president to be utterly repulsive. With all the controveries and lack of cognitive forthought, the war in Iraq, economy and so much more that we still have a puppet for president.



I could go on about the recent election for pages, but I think I shall change topics ...although on a somewhat related subject ...
I like Rammstein's new single " Amerika ". Watch the video at Launchcast.yahoo.com first. Check the link to your right ( you might have to sign in or set up an account if you don't already have one) Most of the video is in German, but see what you can get out of it before reading the english lycrics. I think the message that the band is conveying about american culture is stong and true. I'd also suggest Eneimen's "Mosh" video, eventough it is slightly outdated.

I suppose I could rant on this topic for hours, but I'll leave that up for those that wish to post.

Well I need to go for now. Stay tuned as I become more familiar with designing this site and setting time aside to babble .. 8p
