THANKSGIVING 06

We had a nice quite Thanksgiving. It was just the 2 and 1/2 of us, plus Cece. That's ok though, we were quite happy to spend 4 days of uninterrupted time together w/out the interruptions of school, work, chores and so forth.




Even Cece had to much to eat and passed out at near the dinner table!



We had a few of her friends over on Friday and after they carved out 1/2 of our turkey we decided to go to the Falls (Pic Below. This is but one segment of the Center. It is much bigger with a movie theater and several restaurants.) I had to get a Mocha Latte at Starbucks so I could feel like a yuppie. Uncle Paul would be proud.



On Saturday we headed to the Dolphin Mall. Also very nice, but mostly enclosed except for the main entry way, which had a series of bars leading the way in like a Lighthouse leading a sailor home so did the main entry way to the Dolphin Mall lead one to get totally blitz in order to handle the mass of people pissing you off.

Unfortunately, we did not find much in the way of Christmas gifts, which is just as well because having to travel with them will be a pain. We do need to buy Veronique some winter warm maternity clothes that she can feel comfortable in.

The rest of the time was just playing computer games, eating and napping. And now we are getting ready for our trip and are soooooooo excited ! Veronique has already starting cleaning out the suitcases!

Tort Exam

Yes I know it has been some time sinse I have last posted. But I have been studing for a final exam in my Torts class. My essay answer was literally 9 pages in length, with bubble diagrams ( I was going for some extra creative points)! I think the prof was impressed. SO deal with the lack of posts while I was studying and allow my carpal tunnel to heal.
