Nothing new to say atm. Just passing some time at "work". I've been working on the financials and I am trying to sent an appoitment with an SBA accounting rep. I hope to have submittable to a lender with in the next 4 months.

Sometime soon Veronique and I are hoping to visit with a developer who is building one of the many (and I mean MANY) condos going up down here in FL to get a job. A good paying, professional job. We are hoping to meet with him at lunch with a associate that she meet at her job at Pearl. I hope something opens up for at least one of us, we really deserve a break.

And we found an exciting apartment complex with a Amazing location, although the neighborhood is a bit ... underpar. The apts are huge with 2 bedrooms just over 1700 sqft, costing $1500 mthly for the mid to higher floors with the views. That is Really good for this area. There is also a One bdrm conversion, meaning we can make the extra space into another bdrm/den that goes for $1275 on the higher floors with 1500 sqft of space. They have 8 foot ceilings and windows that look over the bay towards the beach and the city lights of Brickell ave, plus huge terraces to sit on. All units of Jacuzzi tubs and washer/dryer IN the unit /Drool. Unfortunatly ,at this time all units are sold out and there is a waiting list. We are looking at other places, but it is hard to find anything comparable. Other decent apts of this size and pricing are about 20-30 minutes west or north. We are months away from moving anywhere else, but are keeping our eyes open now to be put on any lists such as with Hamilton.
