Veronique and I talked with Wesley, owner of CDK Mortgage located at the shops at the bottom of Portofino Tower , which is at the southern most point of South Beach. The inlet also leads to the port of Miami and the
South Beach Marina.
IN addition 2 more towers will be going up in the area surronding Portofino and the office :

Veronique met Wesley at Pearl and we had a brief conversation with him when we went out to a birthday party for the head chef of Pearl and Nikki Beach. He asked us to stop by and we finally got around to it. He is willing to take us out to events and parties with realtors and other professionals and noteworthy persons. He even has a company yacht and he seems genuinely interested in helping us succeed. This is Wesley’s 2nd company that he has started and has his main branch in Chicago. I believe that he can be very helpful not only with brokerage, but also in meeting the right people, investors and assisting in the start-up activities and funding of the business that I want to start. We touched on it briefly at our meeting yesterday.

I have been working on the website for my business and it is coming along well, but there is much work to do on it. I have got in contact with a SBA S.C.O.R.E. accountant volunteer to help me tweak the financials.

So hopefully events will start going our way.
