So many times as of late I had not wanted to write because I am just to tired and/or lazy. Or I may think of a good topic, but be pre-occupied such as when I'm driving. But tonight, I have made a concentrated effort.

I have noticed a changing dynamic in my tastes, such as :

-At what point did I stop watching The Transformers and started to watch House Hunters on the Home and Garden HGTV channel?
-When did I start to get upset if I missed the nightly news with Brian Williams?
-When did happy hour become to much money and why does the morning after feel so bad when I haven't gone anywhere ?
-How did waking up at 8am become "Sleeping In" and going to bed at 10pm become "Late" ? I remember not even going out until at least 11pm ! Hell Now I even look FORWARD to a dull evening !

What me made think of these 'insights' is that I have recently gone back to karate ( long story ) and I have quickly learned that quite LITERALLY my back is now going out more then I do!!.. which, in turn as spurred other thoughts ..., but that is for another time ..
