House

It was 100k. That was about 6 years ago. I don't think that it is worth $155k.

Perhaps something will open up for us in a year, probably two when all these people who decided to get those funky arm mortgages start to get hit w/ high mortgage payments and have to foreclose.

We shall see.

O by the way. Our company purchased another bank. The new footprint map is shown below. That makes two mergers (buy outs) in less then a year and I have only been on the job for 10 months !!
